What we accredit
Three ISO/IEC standards define what WQCAS accredits and how each assessment is conducted.
Management System Certification
Bodies auditing and certifying management systems — quality (ISO 9001), environmental (ISO 14001), and occupational health & safety (ISO 45001) among others.
→ REF 17020Inspection Bodies
Bodies performing inspection of products, processes, installations, or services — Type A, B, and C inspection bodies.
→ REF 17024Personnel Certification
Bodies certifying individuals against defined competence requirements, assessed systematically and impartially.
→A private, non-profit accreditation body incorporated in Indiana, USA. WQCAS exists to confirm — independently — that a certification body's work can be trusted, and that its certificates carry weight wherever they travel.
WQCAS continues to expand collaboration with accreditation bodies around the world, in line with internationally recognized accreditation standards.
